Had a Lucas day today <3 <3

I haven't played with play dough in a long time!

Also played water tag in my Facebook group! Lot's of fun. If you're tagged you have to grab and drink a glass of water.

Breakfast: 4sp
Oatmeal cornmeal pancakes 3sp, 1 tbsp sf syrup 1sp, warm blueberry sauce 0sp, coffee with 1 tbsp ff cream and sweetener 0sp

Lunch: 3sp
Leftover lentil sausage soup 3sp, apple 0sp

Dinner: 9sp
2 beef roll ups 7sp( I had a lot of filling left so counted them at 7sp), broccoli 0sp, 1 tsp olive oil 1sp
I made these rolls for the first time and because of the type of beef/marinara sauce I used they were quite salty. Next time I'll make the home made marinara sauce where I can reduce the salt and I will check the sodium on the beef I used. They were good though :)

Sunday January 14, 2018 Weigh in day

Oops I know I didn't post Friday or Saturday but honestly I stayed in bed until it was time to get ready for work and wasn't home until 10:30 pm both days. Not a lot of time to blog. I was sleeping because I was still fighting the bug.

This morning I started to feel that I was over the worst of the bug and starting to feel much better.

I weighed in this morning and I'm up point -.4 so not terrible and it will be off next week. I should be able to get more movement in this week and I've planned my menu.

Breakfast: 3sp
1 egg 0sp, 1/3c egg whites 0sp, 1 slice ham 0sp, mushrooms 0sp, 1 tsp olive oil 1sp, 1 slice of toast 2sp, 1 tsp light marg 0sp, banana 0sp, Greek yogurt mixed with caramel extract and stivia 0sp, coffee with 1 tbsp ff cream and sweetener 0sp

Thoughts:
Not the best week being sick but I'm happy to say I'm doing better today although I still have that stupid cough!
I will be having Lucas this week and we've really missed having him and I definitely had a lot less steps in my day.
My focus this week is going to be getting at least 8 cups of water in a day. Believe it or not today by dinner time I'd only had 1 coffee!! Crazy for me :)

Day 2

I go back to work tomorrow but still not 100% feeling better yet! I was up a lot coughing last night so I got up this morning had breakfast then went back to bed :)

Not the best day as I spent a lot of it resting. Coughing a lot but I am starting to feeling better.
Proud that I stick stuck to plan even when I felt like just sitting down and eating ice cream!

Jumping on the bandwagon! Day 1

I've had a hard time sticking to anything lately and being sick on and off for the last 3 weeks wasn't helping.

So I've decided to give Freestyle a fair chance.

I am going to be doing this using some of the new 0 sp foods but I won't be focusing on them. They do still have calories and I don't want to over do them and then get sick of them.

I will probably use weeklies with no guilt.

I will be focusing on tracking, water, working out (when I'm finally over this bug), pre-planning a menu either daily or for the week.

Weigh in's will be on Sunday.

My points are 23 daily and 28 weeklies.

Update: having issues with paying my weight watcher online account but will keep trying.

1 egg 0sp, 2 slices of Pillers smoked breakfast slices 1sp, mixed frozen fruit 0sp, 1/3c plain Greek yogurt 0sp, 1 slice of toast 2sp, 1 tsp light margarine 0sp, coffee with 1 tbsp ff cream and sweetener 0sp

Shrimp 0sp, veggies 0sp, dip 2sp (honestly didn't even use 1/2), banana 0sp, pb2 and oreo crumbs to toss the banana in 2sp

Lentil soup with leftover sausage 3sp, plain Greek yogurt blended with frozen strawberries 0sp, 5g mini semi sweet chocolate chips 1sp

Thoughts:
For my first day on Freestyle I thought it went really well. I was totally satisfied and although I hadn't planned on having roll overs I had 4!
I really had to work on getting my water in today but did it.
Went on a walk although still not feeling great.
Kind of upset that I couldn't get the issue with WW's solved I'll try again Friday which is payday.
